1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of all digital products, services, content, and related features made available through OREFEEL STORE (“the Store”). By accessing or using the Store, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

3.1 Digital Books

1. All digital books offered through the Store, including but not limited to PDF and EPUB formats, are original works exclusively conceived, designed, and produced by Akira Yagi.

2. Digital books are manufactured through third-party print-on-demand service providers, including:

- Blurb

- Lulu / Lulu Direct

- MagCloud

3. Hardcover Editions

- The Store does not maintain inventory of hardcover books.

- Hardcover editions purchased through the Store shall be fulfilled and shipped directly to the customer by Lulu.com (Lulu Direct).

- If a hardcover edition is offered for sale on the Store, such availability shall be expressly indicated on the corresponding product page.

4. Except where expressly stated, the Store does not engage in the sale of physical goods, printed matter, or ZINEs.

3.2 Reference Materials (Antiquarian Books, Magazines, Vintage Items, etc.)

1. For creative, editorial, and design purposes, Akira Yagi acquires and consults various reference materials, including antiquarian books, magazines, paper media, and vintage items (“Reference Materials”).

2. All copyrights, publishing rights, design rights, and any associated proprietary rights in the Reference Materials remain solely with their respective original authors, publishers, creators, or rights holders. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring, assigning, or granting any rights in such materials to the Store or to Akira Yagi.

3. Any photographs, descriptive texts, editorial arrangements, commentary, or other derivative content created by Akira Yagi and published on the Store or in related blog posts constitute original authored works, and their copyrights are retained exclusively by Akira Yagi.

4. Reference Materials are introduced strictly for the purposes of commentary, scholarship, or quotation. The Store does not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the copyrighted content of such materials.

5. Reference Materials featured on the Store are not offered for sale unless expressly stated.

3.3 Collaborative Works

1. The Store may present or feature artistic, photographic, or design collaborations between Akira Yagi and third-party creators (“Collaborative Works”).

2. Where Collaborative Works are offered for sale, all commercial terms, rights allocations, and distribution arrangements shall be governed by separate written agreement with the respective collaborators.

3. Editorial content, descriptive materials, layouts, and related derivative works created for introducing such collaborations remain the intellectual property of Akira Yagi or the applicable rights holder.

4. Payment Terms

Payments made through the Store shall be processed exclusively via Stripe, integrated through the Wix platform. The Store does not collect, store, or process any credit card or other sensitive payment information.

5. Delivery of Products

All products sold through the Store are delivered digitally. No physical shipping shall be undertaken by the Store. For hardcover editions fulfilled by Lulu Direct, shipping terms and delivery conditions shall be governed solely by Lulu’s policies.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be granted for any digital product. For physical books purchased via external services (Blurb, Lulu, MagCloud), the respective provider’s policies govern all return or exchange procedures.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All textual, photographic, graphic, editorial, and layout content published through the Store is protected under applicable copyright laws. Such rights are owned either by Akira Yagi or by the respective rights holders, and no license is granted beyond personal, non-commercial use of purchased digital products. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Reproduce or misuse copyrighted materials;

- Interfere with or disrupt Store operations;

- Submit fraudulent or misleading information;
